Nit de la Recerca: Sustronics at the European Corner

ICAS researchers took part in the European Researchers’ Night by presenting a poster at the European Corner. The poster highlighted the EU-funded SUSTRONICS project, which addresses the growing challenges of electronic waste and raw material scarcity in Europe’s electronics industry. SUSTRONICS promotes sustainability through circular value chains, eco-design principles, bio-based materials, and improved recyclability. Several pilot initiatives will test these solutions in the redesign of medical and industrial electronics.

The European Corner is an online platform that showcases EU projects during the European Researchers’ Night. Researchers from the ICAS group contribute to this effort through their involvement in the SUSTRONICS project.
