The Institute of Microelectronics of Seville (IMSE-CNM), together with its counterpart in Barcelona (IMB-CNM), leads the Spanish participation in the EU Chip Design platform, which aims to facilitate access to advanced infrastructure for design in semiconductor technologies, as well as to provide training and advice to startups, small and medium-sized enterprises, and research organizations.
Exploring the Quantum Revolution at UAB: Join the Q-UAB Days
From May 5 to 7, 2025, the UAB Science Faculty will host the Quantum Days at UAB Campus (Q-UAB Days), a three-day event organized to mark the United Nations International Year of Quantum Science and Technologies. Co-organized by the IMB-CNM, the ICMAB, and the UAB, the event will bring together leading researchers and students to explore the latest advances and real-world applications in quantum science.

Set spin-offs creades a partir de projectes de l'IMB-CNM apareixen al Catàleg de Spin-offs del CSIC, que destaca el seu impacte en la societat mitjançant la seva contribució al mercat i la generació de solucions innovadores per a reptes globals. Aquest catàleg vol contribuir als objectius del CSIC de transferir els resultats de la recerca científica i tecnològica a institucions públiques i privades, així com impulsar la creació d'entitats i empreses basades en el coneixement.
