MdM Training and Development Activities

Within the framework of the María de Maeztu Unit of Excellence, IMB-CNM is committed to attracting, training, and retaining outstanding early-career researchers through a structured set of training and development activities.

These activities provide PhD students and postdoctoral researchers with advanced scientific and technical training, complemented by the development of key transferable skills. They aim to strengthen research excellence, foster interdisciplinarity, and enhance researchers’ capacity to generate high-impact results and address societal and economic challenges.
