Last week, as has been the tradition for several years, IMB-CNM brought its own stand to the Fira d'Empreses of UB and MEMEnginy. Both university fairs serve as a point of contact between bachelor and master students and institutions such as companies, research centers, and government bodies.

During the events, numerous students from various disciplines visited our stand to learn more about the opportunities for internships, final bachelor projects, and master’s theses. Each stand included a range of institute professionals (predoctoral researchers, technicians, senior researchers, and communication staff) who were able to provide first-hand guidance to interested students. The participation was a success, as it allowed us to identify potential candidates for different positions and research lines within the institute.

MEMEnginy26 at the School of Engineering, UAB

  • Date: 26 de Març
  • Participants: Gonzalo Espino, Sandra Pérez Jiménez, Joel Perez, Miquel Redon, Sabela Rey, Jordi Sacristan i Roger Solé

This fair is especially important for the institute, as it provides an opportunity to reach young talent from the UAB, where IMB-CNM is based and where students of engineering, electronics, informatics, and other science-related degrees are concentrated. In its twelfth edition, the fair was a success, attracting around 1,500 attendees.
