The IMB-CNM offers 3 PhD-fellowship positions (max 4 years) to well-qualified and motivated graduate students, who wish to obtain a doctoral degree in one of the priority research areas of the institute.

The Institute of Microelectronics of Barcelona (IMB-CNM) offers the Prex Predoctoral Fellowships, grant funded by the State Research Agency (AEI) as a María de Maeztu Unit of Excellence, within the framework of the María de Maeztu Excellence Program. These fellowships promote the research training of young talent through their incorporation into high-impact strategic projects.
