The IMB-CNM participates with three workshops in various circuits of the Festa de la Ciència
La Festa de la Ciència celebrates its 14th edition within the framework of the Ciutat i Ciència Biennial of Barcelona, which begins today and will last until Sunday. A week of reflection on scientific knowledge and its forms.
The City and Science Biennial returns to Barcelona to bring a diverse range of activities to reflect on scientific knowledge to face the challenges of this century, from energy to food. The Biennial begins today, Tuesday 8th June, and will last until 13th Sunday, with the culmination of the 14th edition of the Festa de la Ciència.
The Festa de la Ciència will be in the Parc de la Barceloneta in Barcelona and will occupy the whole day with proposals in which to experiment, observe, investigate and experience science in the first person, in the company of the leading scientists. All activities require registration.
The IMB-CNM participates with three workshops/demonstrations in three different circuits:
- 16:00 - 18:15: Matèria i materials, with the workshop "Ajuda'ns a fabricar grafè!" (with Gemma Rius and Sofia Aslanidou).
- 18:30 - 20:45: El món invisible, with the workshop "Quins bacteris té la teva pell?" (with Laura Lefaix, Mireia Burdó, Josune Jiménez i Amparo Ferrer).
- 18:35 - 20:50: Laboratori científic, with the workshop "Mesurant el pH de diferents begudes" (with Meritxell Rovira and Gonzalo Vázquez).
