In the last decade, new magnetron sputtering techniques have been developed to produce highly ionized material fluxes, offering enhanced control over both energy and direction of the sputtered particles. One such technique is Deep Oscillations Magnetron Sputtering, or DOMS.
In this presentation, we’ll explore two main objectives:
- 1. Understanding the new deposition mechanisms enabled by DOMS technology.
- 2. Evaluating DOMS’ potential for industrial applications and its advantages over traditional methods.
Let’s dive into how DOMS could reshape sputtering deposition in modern industries.
