Abstract
The thesis have the focus on the development of a Process Design Kit (PDK) with the necessary methodologies for the elaboration of an industrial model, which incorporates the DC and AC behavior of organic transistors, combined with the variations introduced by environmental factors and the intrinsic variability of the device. The PDK has been developed with a large automatic component, so it can evolve at the same time as the organic devices to be used. Based on the work done alternative robust designs are studied and validated to close with a complex circuit design with this innovative devices.
