Characterisation of Microsystems Laboratory
The Microsystems Characterization Laboratory (LCMS) covers the needs of the MicroEnergy Sources and Sensor Integration research group. The laboratory has the necessary equipment to characterize the micro and nanosystems manufactured in the different research projects in which the research group participates, such as fuel cells, gas sensors, and thermoelectric microgenerators.
