The “Zenón Navarro” Museum Space has been created to approach micro and nanoelectronics to a general audience, showing how silicon chips are made and their applications. The Space exhibits tools and processes used for the design, fabrication and measurement of electronic devices. The equipment in exhibition has been used at IMB-CNM on its research and development activities.
Microelectronics fabrication (thin film deposition, etching) and measurement equipment.
Interactive videos describing the fabrication processes in a clean room.
Videos on chip fabrication and on the research done at IMB-CNM.
Samples of devices developed at IMB-CNM.
Posters on the design and fabrication of integrated circuits.
