The IMB-CNM organizes workshops and talks for the European Researchers' Night 2022
One more year, IMB-CNM researchers and technicians will participate from September 28 to 30 in various activities on the occasion of the European Researchers' Night, a public event dedicated to the dissemination of science.
The president of the CSIC visits the centers of the institution in Catalonia
Eloísa del Pino has visited some of the CSIC centers in Catalonia, to meet the staff and discuss the needs and challenges of the institutes. At the IMB-CNM, she has held a meeting with the Management team, has met with different groups and has toured the Micro and Nanofabrication Clean Room.
Back to normal in the IMB-CNM Clean Room after the annual shutdown for maintenance and the arrival of new equipment
This unique location returns to full capacity today after an August in which most of the manufacturing processes were stopped in order to carry out the pertinent maintenance tasks at the facility. Normal activity is recovered with the incorporation of new equipment, such as the commissioning of the second new dichlorosilane cabin for the LPCVD (AFU) battery.
More than 1 million euros granted in the Generation of Knowledge projects for research in detectors, neural interfaces and quantum technologies
Seven projects awarded to the IMB-CNM in the latest national call Generation of Knowledge of the State Plan for Scientific and Technical Research and Innovation begin today, obtaining almost 1.5 million euros to investigate high-energy physics, neurotechnology and quantum technologies.
